Studio Donk is headed up by Alex Cleave who has over 25 years experience at the business end of making.

He studied as a sculptor before co-founding the fabrication workshop Nicholas Alexander.

A decade of designing and building furniture, interiors, art and events later, Alex co-founded the workspace design company Jackdaw Studio.

At Jackdaw he has delivered innovative workspace solutions for over 15 years with a focus on flexibility and agile working.

Studio Donk was set up to get back to the business of making and getting hands on with projects that need creative thinking and expert fabrication.

Alex is supported by a great team of trusted professionals built up over a career spanning all sectors of design and fabrication.
